BetterBricks: This program of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (based in Portland), works with the commercial real estate market to improve building performance. Order a copy of the “High Performance Portfolio Framework” to learn how to develop a plan for tackling energy efficiency.

Energy Trust of Oregon: Assists PGE, Pacific Power and NW Natural Gas customers with energy efficiency and renewable energy investments. Their specialists work one-on-one with business owners and residents. 

New Buildings Institute: Based in White Salmon, NBI is a nonprofit organization working to improve the energy performance of commercial buildings. They work collaboratively with commercial building market players to increase market access to energy efficiency.

National Resources
BOMA Energy Efficiency Program: This is a six-course online education series developed by the Building Owners and Managers Association Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) in partnership with Environmental Protection Agency to educate the commercial real estate community about opportunities to reduce energy use and expenses.
