Please join Gorge Owned for Bridging the Gorge: great food, good people, and powerful conversation.
Many issues divide and connect us as communities — from polarizing local challenges, politics and ethnicity, geography and economics, even our ability as locals to experience a sense of belonging (or not) here in the Gorge. What are the perceived and real differences that divide us in the Gorge? In what ways do we experience connection?
Join us for Bridging the Gorge, a series of facilitated community conversations exploring these complex local dynamics and ways to connect more deeply with our neighbors across difference. Grab a bite to eat while we share and listen to diverse experiences and perspectives. Build relationships, skills, and a deeper understanding of our neighbors in the Gorge.

In The Dalles, Marten from Kainos Coffee and Pizza will be slinging his local, seasonal salads and wood-fired neapolitan pizzas. In Bingen, Sam from Local Rhoots is bringing her unique build-your-own bowl experience with delicious options for everyone. Our gluten free and vegan friends can be accommodated in both locations.
Parents night out! Kid care is available — limited capacity, please sign up in advance.
Individual tickets linked above, and season tickets available as well.
Interested in volunteering to support this series? We’ll say thanks with a comp ticket for your shift so you can join us as our guest another night (along with our unwavering adoration). If you do kid care, we’ll also feed you during your shift. Still looking for a couple of willing and able folks to help with kid care, and (separately) with the appropriate licensing to serve beer and wine (OLCC in OR and MAST in WA). Check out volunteer slots here, thank you!
