On October 24th, 6:30 – 8 pm at Columbia Center for the Arts in Hood River, join Hear in the Gorge host/producer, Sarah Fox and special guest, Terrie Brigham – co-owner of Brigham Fish Market (Cascade Locks) and member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
Two or so years ago some people came up with an idea to create a podcast about the Gorge. It seemed like a great way to share stories about this place, from the people who know it best. Of course, where it would go from there was really anyone’s guess – including Sarah Fox, who was hired to produce the podcast.
In this special Hear in the Gorge LIVE! event, Sarah will take you behind-the-scenes of the podcast. From what it’s like to get lost on the Oregon Trail to the interview she never expected. Sarah will share stories and audio from past episodes and then be joined for a conversation with Terrie Brigham, who is featured in the upcoming episode on tribal fishing in the Gorge.
Many thanks to the Hood River Cultural Trust for their generous support of this event.
Tickets can be purchased in advance via Eventbrite at this link.
